Man Accused Of Stealing $2.8K Worth Of Furniture From Area Residence

A wanted man is in police custody after allegedly stealing nearly $3,000 of furniture from a Connecticut home he was living in.

New Haven resident Timothy Dawson was arrested by police in Milford on Thursday, Nov. 15 in regards to an active warrant that was out for his arrest for larceny.

According to police, Dawson, 43, is accused of taking more than $2,800 worth of furniture from a residence he was residing at in August in Milford.

Dawson was arrested and charged with third-degree larceny. He was released and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 11 to answer the charge.
